Christendom will host the 10th annual Thomas S. Vander Woude Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday, October 14, 2019. All proceeds from the Golf Tournament will go to support the Thomas S. Vander Woude Memorial Scholar Athlete Scholarship.
The golf tournament will be held at the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club, which Golf Digest named one of the 10 best places for a round of golf in Virginia.
Contests: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Straightest Drive, Putting Contest and Hole in One, and others.
Prizes: Christendom Sports apparel, Gift Cards, Raffle Prizes, and Golf Prizes.
Register and pay online by Wednesday, October 9 for our Early Bird special of $150! After October 9, the cost per golfer will increase to $175. Mulligans are $10 each. Paying on the morning of the Tournament is strongly discouraged and only cash or check will be accepted.
Schedule
11:00AM – Check-in, Practice Green and Driving Range open
12:00PM – Call to carts, boxed lunch, welcome and opening prayer
12:30PM – Shotgun start, Captain's choice format
5:00PM – Golf wrap-up, Happy Hour, silent auction
Approx 6:00PM – Dinner, Announcing of Scholarship Recipients, Awards, and Tournament and Contest winners
