Crusaders Improve With Victory Against Appalachian Bible

The Crusaders brought their record to 2-9 on the season with a victory over Appalachian Bible College. The Crusaders took the lead early and never looked back. They shot 47.3% from the field with the help of freshman Luke Schultz who nearly double-doubled with 22 points, 9 rebounds, and a few athletic put backs and dunks. Sophomore Michael Urankar played his part adding 12 points and 6 rebounds for the Crusaders.  Junior Pat Pennefather chipped in 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists. Every Crusader player go in the scoring column tonight.

Appalachian Bible's Eric Miller and Travis Tumlin led the way for their team and each contributed 12 points to the Warriors' effort.

The Crusaders seek to extend their win streak tomorrow at Crusader gymnasium vs Mid-Atlantic Christian University at 3pm.
