The Christendom men's basketball team delivered their most prolific offensive performance of the season on February 7th, in a 102-52 road win over the Patrick Henry College Sentinels.  The Crusaders were effective both in the paint and from beyond the 3-point arc as they cruised to their third win of the season. Fellow junior Pete Day chipped in 14 points, much of which came from attacking the rim. The Crusaders were able to pull away by complementing the strong performance near the rim with 11-for- 18 shooting from 3-point territory.  Six different players sank 3-point shots on the night. (AJ Lancaster, Pete Day, Michael Urankar, Ian Heisler, Stephen Buonocore, and John Bailey)  The Crusaders also set a season high for assists seeing the floor well, and piling up 27 as a team.  Michael Urankar led the team with 6 assists. The Sentinels' Colin Turner led all scorers with 27 points, with accurate long range 3- point shooting and effective dribble penetration, despite leaving the game with a twisted ankle for a portion of the second half.

The Crusaders travel to Central Penn on Friday, February 9 for a tough USCAA contest before hosting Patrick Henry College on Saturday, February 10 for senior day at 2pm.
