Crusader Rugby traveled away to Washington and Lee for their fourth game of the season. After losing to Virginia, the team cracked down in the weeks practices to make sure they did not fall short to Washington and Lee. All the hard work and dedication paid off, in the Friday night game. The hard-fought game was a low scoring affair, both team having trouble moving the ball up the field. The Crusaders were able to come up with a few big plays, leading them to an 18-8 conference win. The Crusaders are now 3-1 on the year, they only have two games left before the Cardinal Conference Tournament takes place. They hope to keep their winning ways going as they take on their next opponent Southern Virginia.
