The Christendom College Rugby team delivered a weekend of hard-hitting, fast-paced rugby at the Franklin & Marshall 7s Tournament in Lancaster, PA, finishing 4th overall after a dominant Day 1 and a gutsy Day 2.

The Christendom Rugby Team traveled to South Bend, Indiana, to compete in the Fighting Irish 7’s Tournament. It was an exciting and competitive weekend for the team, who showed great resilience and teamwork throughout the tournament. Here’s how they fared in each of their matches:

The Christendom Rugby team had an impressive run at the Richmond 7's Tournament, ultimately securing 3rd place after a series of exciting and competitive matches. From the very beginning, the team showcased their talent and teamwork, dominating the pool stage before pushing through a tough knockout round that ended in a semi-final loss. However, they displayed great resilience, securing a solid victory in the 3rd place game.

Atlanta, GA- Christendom College had a strong showing at the Peach Cup 7's Rugby Tournament. In their first pool game, they defeated Citadel 22-7. Matt Verrengia, Jude Burkett, Chris Santschi, and Charlie Ackla all recorded tries in the win.

Lancaster, PA- The Christendom Crusaders rugby team finished 7th out of 12 DI teams at their latest tournament, showing resilience and teamwork throughout a tough competition.

Culpeper, VA - Christendom College captured the 2024 Cardinals Collegiate Rugby Conference Championship this past weekend, defeating Hampden-Sydney College, Washington & Lee University, and the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) along their path to the title.

Front Royal, VA – The Christendom Crusader Rugby team dominated in a 72-7 home match against Hampden Sydney College on Saturday, November 11/2.

Lexington, VA – Christendom Crusaders Rugby Team picked up their second win on the year with a 29-0 shutout victory over Washington & Lee.

Farmville, VA – Christendom Crusaders Rugby Team travelled to Hampden Sydney College on Saturday, 9/29, winning 30-24 over the Tigers.

Front Royal, VA - The Christendom Crusader Rugby team fell to UVA 31-25 in a home match on September 21.

Starting November 9, Christendom Athletics will discontinue streaming its athletic events on YouTube. Instead, all events will now be broadcast through the USCAA Sports Network, providing a dedicated platform for fans and supporters to catch all the action.
