Crusader Cross Country Ready For USCAA National's Race

After a long season the Crusader Cross Country team is headed to the nationals. The race will take place November 8th in Virginia Beach, VA. Throughout the season the Crusaders have worked diligently to improve their racing times in both the 3 and 5 K races. Now that their 6-race regular season has come to a close the team has turned their focus towards the much anticipated USCAA National's race. The Crusaders have qualified a total of 15 runners for the race; 7 women and 8 men. Go Crusader!
