Now in her seventh season as head coach of the Christendom Women's Basketball program, Mary Minick has established herself as one of the top coaches in the nation, posting a career record of 86-37. In 2024, Minick led the Crusaders to their first-ever USCAA National Championship, guiding the team through a thrilling postseason run that included victories over the #3 seed Central Maine, #2 seed Penn State Beaver, and #1 seed Johnson & Wales.
Minick’s success has been recognized with Coach of the Year honors from both the NSAC (2022-2023) and the ESAC (2024). Known for her focus on disciplined defense, fast-paced offense, and player development, she has built a program that excels on the court and emphasizes the academic and personal growth of her players.
Through her leadership, the Crusaders have become a national powerhouse, with Minick continuing to raise the bar for excellence in every aspect of the program.
