FRONT ROYAL, Va.- Mont Alto women's basketball traveled to Front Royal, Virginia on Tuesday evening to take on the defending USCAA Division II National Champions. The Crusaders controlled action from the tip, leading 13-4 after one quarter and 40-18 at halftime. Dariana Perez was the leading scorer for Mont Alto with 12 points on 4 of 14 shooting. Daijah Wallace chipped in 10 points on 4 of 8 shooting in 35 minutes of action. Mary Pennefather had a strong game for Christendom as she almost had a triple double with 25 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists. Regina Bonvissuto had 23 points and 8 rebounds.
