Front Royal, Va.- Christendom fell 88–64 at home to Penn State York, struggling to keep pace with York's offense despite several strong individual showings.
Bobby Vander Woude led the Crusaders with 19 points, hitting 4 threes and adding 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Michael Vander Woude scored 13 points on efficient shooting, including 3–5 from long range. Freshman forward Daniel Schultz delivered one of his best early-season performances with 11 points on 5–6 shooting and 7 rebounds.
John Fowler contributed 10 points and 4–4 at the line, while Edmund Thomas added 4 rebounds and 3 points off the bench. Christendom shot 38.6% from the field and 41.7% from three, but York's pressure and pace created separation, especially in the second half.
Up Next: The loss drops Christendom to 1–4 on the season. They will look to rebound when they face Mary Baldwin on Wednesday, December 3.
