Men's Soccer Earns Tough Win on the Road

Purcellville, VA – The Christendom College Men's Soccer Team delivered a gritty performance Tuesday evening, securing a 1-0 victory against the Patrick Henry Sentinels.

The Crusaders showcased an impressive game, controlling the majority of the match. The team's persistent intensity on the ball, led to the first score of the game. Sophomore Isaias Odiatu (Sophomore/ Winnipeg, Canada) netted the game's only goal just before halftime, taking advantage of a pass from midfielder Tim Sheedy (Freshman/ Warrenton, VA). Odiatu's well-placed shot solidified Christendom's dominance in the match, giving them a well-deserved lead going into the break.

Entering the second half, the Crusaders maintained possession, capitalizing on the Sentinels' lack of control on the ball.
