Bio

Daniel Duca was named Associate Head Coach of the Christendom Men’s Soccer team ahead of the 2024 season. 

Coach Duca comes to the Crusaders after serving as the Varsity Boys Head Coach of Holy Family Academy in Manassas, VA. There, Duca transformed a below-average program into a winning program, finishing with a combined 22-3 record during his two years coaching. 

During Duca’s time playing for the Crusaders, he was a staple in the back line, a four year starter from the years 2018-2022. His leadership and communication on the field is something he hopes to translate into his coaching for the Crusaders. He was also a two-time Defensive Player of the Year. 

During his high school career at Fauquier High School, Duca was a four year starter, serving as captain for three of those years, and a multiple-time all-conference and all-region selection. 

Duca also played all four years of collegiate soccer with current head coach, Mark LaRochelle. Their shared experiences have helped shape their coaching philosophies, and will use those experiences to help their players reach their full potential both on and off the field.
