Lady Saders go 1-1 over the weekend.  In their first of two games The Crusaders took on Johnson and Wales.  The first set was close, Johnson and Wales winning by a score of 25-22.  However, after the first set the Crusaders lost their touch allowing Johnson and Wales to win the next two sets without putting up much of a fight, the second set being 25-16, and the third 25-19.  The Crusaders bounced back in their second game rolling to a 3-0 win over Mid Atlantic Christian University, with the closest game being 25-19.  The win was spearheaded by Senior Michaela Pennefather and Freshman Claire Mense.  Pennefather had 17 kills in the win and totaled 29 over the two games, while Mense, the team's setter, came up with 15 assists in the win, while notching 35 assists over the two games.  The Crusaders hope their win will help jumpstart the team to a successful second half of the year hoping to improve on their 3-9 record.
