It was a tough game offensively for the Lady Crusaders last night as they fell to Central Penn's women's team with a final score of 58-36. The leading scorers of the game for the Christendom were Dylan and Bryn Burgess, putting in 11 points each, followed by Gemma McMahon with 8 points. Sylvia Messing and McMahon both grabbed 8 rebounds each and Mary Heisler helped by grabbing 6 boards. Every player fought hard despite Central Penn's quick guard play, ball movement, and aggressive, suffocating defense.
The Lady Crusaders look to bounce back this Friday, January 26 as they travel to Patrick Henry College.
