The Lady Crusaders defeated Patrick Henry on the road bringing home their first win of the season. The Crusaders gained a big lead right from the start of the game with help from sophomore Grace Nyman and senior Bryn Burgess. Grace had 6 steals within the first quarter of the game and led the team in points. Gemma McMahon helped direct the offense and overall the entire team played very well offensively and defensively. The game ended with the final score of 57-20 in favor of the Lady Crusaders.
The Lady Crusaders look forward to their next game, at Crusader Gymnasium, on Tuesday, January 30 vs a tough and talented Trinity University team.
