The Lady Crusaders spent their second weekend on the road this Saturday, traveling out to Pennsylvania for a match against the Valley Forge Patriots. The match was intense from the beginning, as the first game was very tight, and the Crusaders pulled off a close 27-25 win.

Not ready to be beaten, the Patriots fought back hard, and were able to claim both the second and third game, the scores being 25-22 and 25-20, respectively.Down 2-1 with the match on the line, the Crusaders came on ready to take back the court. They never trailed after that. They took the fourth and fifth games, 25-20, and 15-11, taking the match 3-2.

The Lady Crusaders are ready for their home opener this Wednesday, September 9th, against Trinity University.
